David was born and raised in the Village of Webster, and has proudly maintained his private practice here since 1985. From 1988 to 2023, he served as a Webster Town Justice. David lives in Webster with his wife, Kelly.

Neil P. McLaughlin, Esq.
Neil was born and raised in the Town of Webster. He joined the firm in 2012, becoming a partner in 2022. Neil lives in Irondequoit with his wife, Becca, and daughters, Jane and Eva.
